1. Nature of Services

Adventures Safar acts as a travel booking facilitator and assists customers with domestic airline ticket reservations through authorized travel vendors and airline systems.

All flight bookings are subject to:

  • Airline availability
  • Airline fare rules
  • Vendor confirmation

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings require full payment in advance.
  • Ticket prices are subject to change until booking confirmation is completed.
  • Payments are accepted through secure online payment methods available on our platform.
  • Booking confirmation will be shared via WhatsApp, email, or SMS after successful payment and ticket issuance.

3. Passenger Responsibility

Passengers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate traveler details
  • Carrying valid government-issued ID proof during travel
  • Reaching the airport within airline reporting time guidelines

Adventures Safar shall not be responsible for denied boarding due to incorrect information or passenger delay.

4. Airline Policies

All airline-specific rules regarding:

  • Rescheduling
  • Cancellation
  • Refund eligibility
  • Baggage allowance
  • Boarding policies

shall be governed by the respective airline’s policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

Adventures Safar shall not be held liable for:

  • Flight delays or cancellations by airlines
  • Schedule changes
  • Technical issues at airline/vendor end
  • Loss caused due to force majeure events

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, India.
